2. INDEPENDENT ALGORITHMIC OPERATION: Client explicitly acknowledges that search engines and conversational artificial intelligence platforms (including Google, OpenAI / ChatGPT, Apple Intelligence, Microsoft, and Perplexity) operate proprietary, autonomous ranking algorithms. While Provider adheres strictly to established Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) engineering standards, Provider does not and cannot guarantee specific organic ranking placement or third-party inclusion.

3. IMPLEMENTATION SAFETY & ACCESS: Provider implements all optimizations non-destructively via Google Tag Manager container deployment, CMS header injection (e.g. WPCode), or turnkey code handoff. Provider does not modify core database records or server infrastructure without separate written approval.

4. VALIDATION GUARANTEE & SUPPORT: Provider guarantees that all delivered schema assets pass syntax verification via Google's official Rich Results Test and Schema.org Validator. Provider provides 14 calendar days of implementation and technical support following purchase.

5. DIGITAL WORK PRODUCT: Due to the immediate custom generation of technical code assets, sales are final upon code delivery, backed by a 100% Schema validation revision commitment.
